The IN VIA academy and the IN VIA Hotel are barrier-free:
- Entrance area with car parking bay and barrier-free driveway
- Reception area, entrance area with bistro and PC terminal suitable for wheelchairs
- Toilet facilities for persons with handicap and wheelchair users
- Four wheelchair suitable hotel rooms, six hotel rooms suitable for persons with handicap
- Lifts with access to reception, all seminar rooms, hotel rooms, chapel, and bistro suitable for wheelchairs
- Automatic activated door to Culinarium
- Emergency call system in the rooms suitably appointed for handicaps
